Description
Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) provides the framework for implementing the science of reading. At the heart of the MTSS model is the research finding that most reading problems can be prevented. This session will introduce classroom reading instruction in the MTSS model as the way to reduce risk so that intensive intervention can be provided to those who need it.
About the Presenter
Stephanie Stollar is a part-time assistant professor in the online Reading Science program at Mount St. Joseph University and the founder of the Reading Science Academy.
